Find Chey Friday

My what an interesting holiday I had. I had so much fun with having a ham. I visited the cats on Christmas Eve and had my favorite Baily’s Catnip Creme! How fine.

At any rate, then I decided it was time to travel and here is where I ended up!

  1. Goodness, I am first for a change. I don’t have a clue where you are but stay out of the water. I want to say you are lost on the set of Lost.

Plus I got into mum’s real Bailey’s tonight. Only got a few licks before she moved the glass.

  2. CAn’t wait to find out where you are this week. As usual, we’re lost too.

  3. Oh, goodness … Mom has absolutely no idea where you are, but thinks that she may have seen that fallin’-apart platform when flyin’ in to SeaTac. Don’t fall in, Chey!

    Merry ChristMAUS!
    DMM & the Feline Americans

  4. I’m going to guess the San Juan Islands…just because it kind of looks like that.

  5. Well it looks like flat islands behind you in the distance and a broken boat dock (or something like that) that you are standing on, so we will guess… Lost as usual. No clue. hahaha!

  6. We haven’t got a clue Chey, but be careful you don’t slip or you will get wet. Oh mum has come up with a suggestion. When they were on a cruise last year, they went to St. Vincent where part of the Pirates of the Caribbean was filmed. She said there were some old boards in the sea in front of the pirate ship, but she can’t remember if it looked like that.

  7. MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family!!!
We hope is was pawsome and fun 🙂
That is a scary place Chey!!!!!!!!!
Way too much water around and underfoot too!!!
    Be careful!

    Purrs Mickey,Georgia and Tillie

  8. No clue as usual Chey! And as the other kitties have said, be careful that you don’t fall in! Can you see any fishies?
    Purrs and headbutts,
    Sabrina, Sam and Simon

  9. We can see that you’re on a dock…but we don’t know exactly where…probably in the Seattle area???

That’s about as good as we’re gonna get!

  10. I think you are on an old dock by the water.
    Pretty good guess, eh?

  11. OH Chey you picked a doozie of a FIND CHEY…no clues to speak of in this picture…we dont know where you are either…

    Hellllllllooooo Miss Gemini

    your boyfriendcat

  12. Sittin’ in the mornin’ sun
I’ll be sittin’ when the evenin’ come
    Watching the ships roll in
And then I watch ’em roll away again, yeah

I’m sittin’ on the dock of the bay
    Watching the tide roll away
Ooo, I’m just sittin’ on the dock of the bay
    Wastin’ time

I left my home in Georgia
    Headed for the ‘Frisco bay
‘Cause I’ve had nothing to live for
And look like nothin’s gonna come my way

So I’m just gonna sit on the dock of the bay
    Watching the tide roll away
Ooo, I’m sittin’ on the dock of the bay
    Wastin’ time

    Look like nothing’s gonna change
    Everything still remains the same
I can’t do what ten people tell me to do
So I guess I’ll remain the same, yes

    Sittin’ here resting my bones
And this loneliness won’t leave me alone
It’s two thousand miles I roamed
Just to make this dock my home

Now, I’m just gonna sit at the dock of the bay
    Watching the tide roll away
Oooo-wee, sittin’ on the dock of the bay
    Wastin’ time

  13. Teehee … could it be Aberdeen, WA? I’m nothing if not consistent. 😉

  14. You are on a broken down platform over water. That’s the best I can do.

  15. I am thinking you are in Maine

  16. LOL! We was finkin the same song as Derby. “Sittin on the dock of the bay, wastin’ time!” Ok, it’s an old broken dock. We’s gonna guess maybe it’s Boston? Stay dry an haf fun watchin fur da fishies.

  17. PS any idea how I change my WordPress profile pictor frum Bonnie to me? Mom tried, but it didn’t stick. We’ll always luf Bonnie, but it’s a little disturbin, if you know what I mean!

  18. The Bridge on the River Kwai?

    I didn’t think so.

  19. We was gonna go wif Derby too…watchin’ da tide roll away…don’t get wet, wet is bad.

  20. Chey,
I tink youz iz on da waterfront on da Puget Soundz somewherez… although, da soundz dats da Puget iz makin’ mustee be Derby singin’!!!

  21. I am most definitely NOT in Seattle!

  22. And for a hint, I would like to say that I hope while I am walking on it, the dock doesn’t do what a ship that sailed from it did…

  23. Are you in South Hampton England? Isn’t that where the Titanic launched before she sank? Don’t sink Chey!

  24. Oh no! your clue is driving mum mad. When they were on their New England cruise she saw a memorial somewhere to the Titanic, but SHE CAN’T REMEMBER WHERE!!! She thinks it could have been Maine (Portland)but she wishes she took a photo now.

  25. I am not in South Hampton or in Maine…

  26. Near water (shiver) on a bunch of wood that looks great fer scratchin and ummm in a warm place? Dats all we gots, sorry!

  27. We don’t really have any idea, but we think you’re very daring walking on that wood over all of that water. Is it somewhere near San Francisco?

    Gypsy & Tasha

  28. luks lyk a broke pier, no boards.

we hope yur Christmas wuz bery Merry.

  29. I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…I will not push Chey in…

  30. Lake Superior she said never gives up her dead….did the Edmund Fitzgerald sail from there? I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. I want to thank you for being such a faithful treasured friend to me. Your visits to my bloggy always warm up my tiny heart these cold snowy days.
    Love your adoring Miss Peach

  31. I don’t know but it looks warm and somewhat romantic. Hope your Chrissymouse was super!

  32. How about Genoa Italy, isn’t that where the Andrea Doria sailed from? If not, I give up! Where in the world are you???

  33. The Edmund Fitzgerald and the Andrea Doria were good guesses, but I think you should go back to the Titanic, although it really isn’t South Hampton…

  34. Thanks for asking how I’m feeling, Chey. Pampered, awfully pampered. Whatever I want, I get. Food four times a day? No problem! Hour-long massages? I’ve got it. 😉

Seriously, I look much slimmer since I’m taking that diuretic, so after I get this nasty-tasting medicine, Mom immediately gives me something tasty to eat to make up for it. And after she puts this transdermal stuff inside my ear in the evening, she rubs my head and face and chin for a long time.

I’m holding my own – I sleep a lot but that’s nothing new. Vet visit coming up on 12/30.

  35. Are you in Ireland? I’m getting booted from the computer now…gotta go…Queenstown?

  36. Merry Christmas a little late! Thank you for visiting us again now that we are back online.

Wherever you are looks just lovely!
